It’s the 105th anniversary of Children’s Book Week!
We’re celebrating at the Catskill Public Library with TWO activities:
FIRST, join us during one of our program sessions!
Participants will work alone or in groups to redraw (or reimagine) a page of a classic children’s story. Finished stories will go into a book and be put on display at the Library for everyone to enjoy.
These sessions are on the following days:
- Monday, May 6th, 4 PM – 5 PM
- Wednesday, May 8th, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
CAN’T MAKE IT? Stop by throughout the week to work on your own project!
We’ll have a display & supplies set out in the Youth Room for participants to work at their own pace. Choose a nursery rhyme from our pile and draw a page for it!
Registration is not required.
This program is intended for youth of all ages & their caregivers.
