Come join award winning cartoonist Rick Stromoski for a fun filled hour of drawing cartoons! Learn how to draw winter characters like POLAR BEARS, PENGUINS, NARWHALS and even KRAMPUS using simple and easy techniques! If you can use a pencil, you can learn to cartoon!
For ages 5-17 and their caregivers.
This is a HYBRID program hosted over Zoom. Attendees may come to the Catskill Public Library or Palenville Branch Library to participate in-person or attend virtually from the comfort of their homes!
