December 20 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 20, 2022

2022 Fairytale Science Club

Could you build a house to keep the Big Bad Wolf out? Can you braid string to lift heavy objects (like Rapunzel braided her hair)?

Join us throughout November and December as we combine fantasy & STEM to learn the science behind our favorite fairytales! We’ll talk about the stories and do a matching hands-on experiment! Instruction sheets will be provided so experiments may be replicated at home.

Catskill Public Library, Youth Room, Ground Floor

When: Tuesdays
11/8: Three Little Pigs & Construction
11/22: Rapunzel & Tensile Strength
12/6: Headless Horseman & Circuitry
