Could you build a house to keep the Big Bad Wolf out? Can you braid string to lift heavy objects (like Rapunzel braided her hair)?
Join us once a month as we combine fantasy & STEM to learn the science behind our favorite fairytales! We’ll talk about the stories and do a matching hands-on activity. Instruction sheets will be provided so activities may be replicated at home. Activities may include small objects and are not suitable for young children. Adult supervision during activities is always recommended.

Catskill Public Library, Youth Room, Ground Floor
When:
SECOND Wednesday of the month
4 PM – 5 PM
Ages:
Best for Grades k-3 and their adults.
Note: Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults are encouraged to engage in the activities with their children!
