Write Night

November is National Novel Writing Month.  To celebrate, the Catskill Public Library is holding Write Night!  Writers are welcome to come to the library to write any time the library is open. However, if you would like to meet with other writers, share ideas, and of course write in a supportive, judgment-free atmosphere, come to the library on Friday, November 4th, 11th and/or 25th from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm and write with us.  If you prefer longhand, the library will provide free writing kits with a composition book, pen, bookmark and writing tips. If you prefer a more “updated” creating style, you can bring your laptop or use one of the library computers to work on your masterpiece.

Can’t join us at the library? Go to NaNoWriMo.org for more information on National Novel Writing Month and you can join the challenge, create an account to track your progress, and get online support from fellow writers from around the world!

Check back for information on how to register.
